You need to read an all-text PDF document. You have an Acrobat Reader and a speaker. Strain your eyes no more and let your PC read it for you.
Here are the Acrobat Reader 6 (or higher) shortcuts:
Ctrl+Shift+B = to hear the whole document
Ctrl+Shift+V = to hear the current page
